Terms of Service

1. The Service

MindfulFlow provides mindfulness and meditation content, courses, and an AI-assisted coaching experience (“Guru”). Features may change over time. We may suspend or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice where practicable.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and meet any minimum age we specify (typically 18+, or the age of majority). You are responsible for accurate registration information and for safeguarding your login credentials. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access.

3. Subscriptions, billing, and trials

• Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at checkout or on our pricing page. Taxes may apply where required.
• Charges may appear on your statement as ORBDEEP LLC or a similar descriptor from our payment processor.
• Where we offer a free trial, its length and conditions are stated at signup. Unless you cancel before the trial ends where cancellation is required, your subscription may convert to a paid plan at the then-current rate.
• Subscriptions renew automatically for the period you selected until you cancel through your account or our cancellation process. Refunds, if any, are handled according to our posted refund or money-back policy at the time of purchase.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Violate law or infringe others’ rights.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or bypass security.
• Use the Service to harass, harm, or exploit others; scrape or overload our systems without permission.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our models or confidential systems except where allowed by law.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including software, text, graphics, logos, and media, is owned by Orbdeep LLC or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in line with these Terms. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

6. Wellness and AI disclaimer

MindfulFlow is for general wellness and education. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Guru is not a therapist or clinician. If you are in crisis or may harm yourself or others, contact emergency services or a crisis hotline (e.g., 988 in the U.S.). See also our Disclaimer.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orbdeep LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), except where law prohibits such limitations (for example, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where required).

8. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Orbdeep LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we must do so for legal or operational reasons. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity) will survive termination.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where consumers have mandatory protections in their country of residence. You agree that exclusive jurisdiction for disputes relating to these Terms or the Service lies in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

11. Changes

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms for ongoing use. Material changes may be communicated by email or on-site notice where appropriate.
