Welcome to Day 1

Today is about pausing the mental autopilot and simply noticing. No pressure to "do it right" — just show up. Awareness is your first reset button.

Practice 1: Body Scan Meditation (5 minutes)

Close your eyes. Take a deep breath. Now slowly bring your attention to different parts of your body, starting from your feet and moving up to your head. Don't try to change anything — just notice sensations. Warmth, tightness, calm, tension — it's all information. Stay with each area for a few seconds, then move on gently.

Practice 2: The Observer Mindset

Throughout your day, pretend you're watching your own life like a movie. Notice your thoughts, emotions, even small physical movements, without judgment. Just awareness. You're not the actor right now — you're the observer.

Evening Journal Prompt

What did you notice today that you usually ignore? When were you most aware? How did it feel to slow down, even for a moment?
