If you are new to meditation, the goal is not to “clear your mind.” It is to notice where attention is, and to return—without insulting yourself—when it wanders. This course walks through simple anchors (breath, body, sound), realistic scheduling, and how to tell the difference between calm focus and forcing relaxation.
