Guided Meditation

"Arriving in the Present Moment" (3 minutes) Find a comfortable seat. Gently close your eyes or lower your gaze. Take a deep breath in through your nose, and slowly exhale through your mouth. Notice the feeling of your body sitting—your feet on the floor, your hands resting in your lap. Bring your attention to your breath. Feel the air moving in and out. If your mind wanders, that's okay. Gently bring it back to your breath. For the next few moments, simply notice: - The sensation of breathing - The sounds around you - The feeling of being present, right here, right now When you're ready, open your eyes. Notice how you feel.
