This course is for people who already have basic mindfulness skills and want a deeper toolkit for high-pressure periods. It combines psychoeducation (how stress works in the body and mind), guided practices, and reflection prompts you can use at work, at home, and in transitions between the two.

What you will work on

  • Recognizing early signs of sympathetic activation before they spiral
  • Short “reset” practices that fit between meetings or after difficult conversations
  • Working skillfully with worry and rumination without pretending thoughts will disappear
  • Building a sustainable weekly rhythm rather than one-off relaxation
